Brian J. Weiss is a California native from San Luis Obispo and started working with computers as early as 1996 while still in high school. After graduating he worked for a small mom & pop computer shop while attending college focusing on computer & network services. A few years later, he left college to start his own IT Company initially working as an independent contractor before starting ITECH Solutions in 2005.
Today Brian spends most of his time focusing keeping up with the latest security threats and protection helping keep clients and other MSP’s secure. Brian is also involved in several nonprofits and always looking for ways to give back to the community.
Michelle manages finances and HR for ITECH Solutions. A much needed addition to ITECH Solutions where she previously was a stay at home mom for 9 years helping raise Brian and Michelle's daughter Brielle. She has joined ITECH Solutions to become an essential part of the management team to help with growth and finances. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors riding bikes and camping, along with painting and crafting with her daughter Brielle.
Over the past 15 years, Alden has worked in many facets of the IT industry. From network security, software and web development, to reverse engineering, he has experience in most parts of the IT running for a business, along with skills to determine where the security posture of a client lies. Growing up all over the Central Coast, his favorite things to do are enjoy the beaches at night, learn and practice Cyber Security concepts, and develop Virtual Reality experiences that help bridge the gap between people of any physical or mental ability, breaching language and skill barriers to create inclusivity for anyone. His addiction to supporting and troubleshooting may be the cause of sleepless nights, but with a side effect of strong rapport with any client.
Steven was born in Redding California, living there until his family moved to the Central Valley where he grew up most of his early life, during this time he found a strong passion for technology and knew that is where he needed to be. Upon graduating from ITT-Tech he moved to the Central Coast where he started his career path in Managed Services and has spent most of his career. For the past four years, he worked as a Systems Administrator in the Healthcare industry before joining the ITECH team. During his free time he enjoys spending it with his daughter, family, and friends, whether it be on road trips, outdoors, or playing games.
Zamir Olivas has over 12 years experience with information technology working in both the private and public sectors. He has gained knowledge across many different systems working with multiple Managed Service Providers in the past, bringing a ton of experience to the team.
In Zamir's spare time he loves to curate music play guitar and produce Electronic/Hip-Hop tracks. He has been playing guitar since he was a young child and during his career found that music production and IT have a very similar environment and complement each other well.
Braden Koon is a Systems Adminstrator at ITECH Solutions, where he is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, managing network infrastructure and user accounts, and monitoring system performance. With 10 years of experience in IT and computer science, he has a proven track record of customer service and productivity.
Braden Koon studied Computer Science from Allan Hancock, and has also been a certified Apple Repair Technician. He is passionate about programming, computer archetectiure and education, and is committed to provide excellent customer service and creating solutions that best fit the customer.
In his free time, Braden enjoys gaming, tinkering and building hardware, watching TV shows, and is usually spending time with close friends. He lives in the Central Coast, and is a minute walk away from enjoying the beach.
Cody started his career in IT when he was still in high school by interning at his school district's IT department. In the 10 years following, he's worked in retail computer repair environments and won awards for customer service and productivity. After moving on from retail, he's helped maintain and manage the networks and infrastructure of over 100 clients all up and down the California coast and Central valley. He works hard to make sure clients are confident in the solutions he implements, and values client satisfaction more than anything. In his free time, Cody enjoys singing, producing music, playing videogames, and putting in miles at the local drag strip.
Steve, in the last 20 years, has worked for 3 different Internet Service Providers, becoming a network and security engineer. With that experience, he found a home at a local Federal Bank as their Network Administrator and Security Officer. Born and raised in San Luis Obispo, CA, he graduated from San Luis Obispo School. He has three sons, whom he cannot beat at video games anymore.
Matt worked in IT support at the Women’s Shelter Program in San Luis Obispo for over 15 years and helped setup, maintain, and troubleshoot computers. He once ran a private business that offered services for remote and onsite troubleshooting, computer repair, and virus/malware removal. Matt enjoys all things music related, playing guitar, and learning new songs. He loves hanging out with his kids and keeping them busy, as well as Barbequing with his friends.
Chris has had a love for computers since his first computer repair class in high school. He graduated from Cuesta College with a degree in computer networking technology and in psychology in May 2017. He has also earned his CompTIA certifications in A+, Network+ and Security+. He plans on continuing his education while working to earn further certifications in network administration. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and camping. He also enjoys medieval history, and is an amateur sword fighter and armorer.
Dylan was born in San Luis Obispo and has lived in multiple cities up and down the Central Coast. He has been interested in computers ever since his family got their first PC when he was young. His first job was doing part replacements for Dell, and he has over 10 years of experience in IT Support and has worked for several local businesses. Most recently, he participated in a 3-month Cybersecurity program through Fullstack Academy before getting his CompTIA Security+ certification. Dylan’s hobbies include PC gaming and woodworking, which led him to spending 6 months in Michigan building guitars to become a Certified Luthier.
