To Our Valued Clients,

As global concern around the COVID-19 pandemic grows, and local, provincial, and federal governments begin to take resolute action in combating the spread, we need to ensure we’re doing our part.

At ITECH Solutions, our first priority is the health and safety of our employees, our clients, and our community. Therefore, we’re doing everything we can to keep everyone healthy, limit the spread of the virus, and minimize disruptions to our day-to-day operations.

Business continuity is at the heart of our mindset and service offering, and I want to share our plans on how we’ll continue to support your team in the days and weeks to come.

 Support & Services

Our team is fully equipped to operate remotely and work from home as needed. We have shifted the majority of our team out of the office, in order to limit unnecessary risk of spreading a potential infection.

A limited subset of our staff continues to work from our head office location. This allows us to provide immediate onsite response in the event of a critical support requirement, as per our normal operations.

We are reducing our onsite presence wherever possible, to protect our team and yours, specifically:

  • All non-essential meetings will be rescheduled or conducted virtually.
  • Non-critical onsite service calls will be scheduled with affected parties directly to limit contact – i.e., at lunch hours, outside normal work hours, or for after the outbreak has been resolved.
  • Where possible, equipment will be shipped directly to an end user and set up remotely.

ITECH Solutions will be reaching out to each of our clients to make sure they are prepared to operate remotely as needed through this outbreak.

Health & Safety

We have implemented a stringent health and safety policy internally, to ensure we limit the risk of infection to our team – and by extension, your team – wherever possible.

One component of this policy is to reduce unnecessary visitors to our head office. If you had a meeting planned at our location, we’ll be reaching out to reschedule. Otherwise, please courier hardware to us and do not attempt to drop anything off in person. We are arranging non contact deliveries from couriers. We’ve eliminated non-essential travel, events, and all social gatherings, and are utilizing social distancing in our head office.
