Shred the Snow

Shred The Snow is a website dedicated to the snowboarding community. This site provides information for lodging, service, gear, news, and more. Shred The Snow provides users the ability to maintain a personal profile and rate / comment on site content.

The Problem

Shred The Snow had a website prior to coming to ITECH Solutions, but it lacked the functionality needed to manage and display the information in a consistent manner. The client needed a dynamic and robust system that could effectively handle a large amount of data. The site also required complex search criteria on large amounts of data, in order to best display information to visitors.

The Solution

ITECH Solutions first presented Shred The Snow with a new website design. The new design provides a clear and organized way to browse through the large amount of content.

The functionality of the site was then custom built and tailored to the very specific needs of the client. The site is designed for lodgings, resorts, users, and services to create and update their content. An administrative interface specifically designed to moderate this content, as well as a custom banner management system, was also constructed.
