REM Diagnostics, Inc. operates multiple sleep laboratories on the Central Coast and provides local doctors the tools they need to diagnose sleep disorders.

The Problem

REM Diagnostics had been using a web-based application created by a 3rd party consultant to manage sleep studies between multiple doctor's offices. The application worked, but the overall design and user experience needed much work and the consultant was difficult to get a hold of to make adjustments. REM Diagnostics also did not own the software, which made it difficult to do anything.

The Solution

ITECH Solutions came in and analyzed the current situation and requirements. We then proposed a new web-based application with an updated user interface, and needed features. REM Diagnostics now owns their software and is working with something that fits their specific needs.
