Monterey St. Wine Co. is THE place in San Luis Obispo for fine wines and delicious cheeses. Besides carrying local wines, Monterey St. Wine Co. offers carefully selected — and out of the ordinary — vintages from around the world.

The target audience of Monterey Street Wine Company are generally San Luis Obispo locals and visitors interested in experiencing different Wines in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Problem

Having recently started their business, Monterey Street Company was in need a website to showcase their products,and inform visitors of various upcoming events. They had the location, the products, the services, and now they needed a way to get that information out to potential clients.

The Solution

Monterey Street Wine Co. did not have an existing website. With that said, we had a lot of room to play with.

The design needed to be easy to navigate, in order to portray the product as sophisticated and reflect the professional and elegant feel that is associated with the wine industry.

The required functionality of the site was rather simple and was handled using our custom-built content management system, iDirect. Using iDirect, content can be updated in real time. This is an important factor when it comes to posting various events and specials taking place in the store.
