PC/Network Technician
Be part of a growing, technology company on the central coast! As a PC/Network Technician, you will help diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues onsite at client offices, as well as perform maintenance services.
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
Reports To: Director of IT Services
Responsibilities:
- Onsite diagnoses and troubleshooting of PC and network issues
- Routine maintenance for networks and computers
Technical Qualifications:
- Experience working with Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, and 2000 and or 2003 server versions
- Full understanding of MS Office applications
- Basic OS troubleshooting skills
- Full understanding of TCP/IP network implementations
- Experience with peripherals such as printers, routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Understanding of firewalls and port forwarding management, along with remote desktop, and VPN
Non-Technical Qualifications:
- Detail Oriented
- Strong focus, work ethic, and initiative
- Good listening, oral and written communications skills
